Really attractive small house in very friendly area with excellent travel to both West End and City. Lots of good restaurants and bars, great breakfast place, and close to the river (a peaceful walk along it) with a very popular pub there. Two parks nearby, and a delightful visiting cat who loves welcoming people to the house! Sainsburys and Waitrose close by. There is also a river bus 10 minutes away which is the nicest way to see London, especially when the sun shines! You will also be able to see the Queen's passage down the river with a flotilla of hundreds of small boats ranging from river barges, boats used at Dunkirk, to life boats for her Diamond Jubilee at the beginning of June.

I have thoroughly enjoyed 10-day stay in Carolyn's beautiful classic english home. The room was very cosy with old charming furniture. Carolyn it made me very welcome on arrival and throughout. What a lovely hosts she is and, I had the best scramble eggs ever! I would highly recommend Carolyn and, her warm, spacious home for a short stay.
